PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Bandung City is preparing to welcome the euphoria of Persib Bandung's victory by holding a Champion Parade on May 25, 2025. The official route has been determined, starting from Bandung City Hall and ending at Gedung Sate. All related parties have also completed the final preparatory meeting at Gedung Sate, Monday (5/19/2025).

Deputy Governor of West Java, Erwan Setiawan, confirmed that all technical decisions regarding the parade were final.

"Alhamdulillah, we had a final meeting to decide on preparations for the 24th and 25th. Our main focus is the convoy on the 25th, including security, routes, and technicalities. Everything has been decided without any further changes," said Erwan.

The parade route starts from Bandung City Hall, along Jalan Wastukencana, then to Jalan LLRE Martadinata, continuing to Jalan Ir. H. Djuanda, passing the Sulanjana intersection, entering Jalan Diponegoro, then to Jalan Cilamaya and finally to Gedung Sate via Jalan Banda.

At Gedung Sate, the players and officials will rest and hold a celebration on the rooftop at 13.00 WIB, before going down to the main stage to greet Bobotoh.

Responding to this, Deputy Mayor of Bandung, Erwin, ensured that the Bandung City Government was ready to fully support the parade.

"God willing, we will prepare Bandros to help transport the parade participants. Related OPDs will also be deployed, including security along the route until the event is over," he said.

Erwin also said that the Bandung City Government will widely socialize this activity and allow socialization to reach the sub-district level.

"We will maximize socialization to the sub-district and village levels, including socializing live streaming from Persib, so that residents can follow online without having to take to the streets," he said.

The Bandung City Government also prepared Dishub and Satpol PP personnel for security and smooth traffic flow. In addition, through the Health Service, the Bandung City Government will also prepare health posts and prepare ambulances.

In addition, the Bandung City Government together with the Bandung Police are also intensively conducting raids on illegal liquor to ensure that the parade runs safely and smoothly.

Meanwhile, Bandung Police Chief, Senior Commissioner Budi Sartono, ensured that security had been prepared comprehensively.

"We will engineer traffic along the parade route and starting tomorrow we will socialize it to the public. A total of around 2,800 joint personnel will be deployed, both for securing the match at GBLA on the 24th and the parade on the 25th," he explained.

Budi also appealed for the euphoria to remain orderly and not cause traffic jams.

"We ask Bobotoh not to stop in the middle of the road and not to light flares carelessly which could disturb other road users," he said.
