PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - Cabangbungin Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Bekasi Regency has once again achieved national recognition by becoming one of the selected hospitals for the development of Electronic Claim Document Integration (DKE) through the SATUSEHAT platform of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
This achievement was marked by the implementation of the One to One Assessment of Electronic Medical Record (RME) Documents at Cabangbungin Regional Hospital, Friday (17/7/2026).
The Director of Cabangbungin Regional Hospital, Dr. Hj. Erni Herdiani, stated that this success was the result of the full (100 percent) implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMRE) bridging using SIMRS KHANZA with the SATUSEHAT platform. She stated that this achievement demonstrates Cabangbungin Regional Hospital's readiness to support the digital transformation of national healthcare services.
"Digital transformation isn't just for large hospitals in major cities. Cabangbungin Regional Hospital is committed to continuing to innovate, collaborate, and utilize technology to provide faster, easier, safer, and higher-quality healthcare services to the people of Bekasi Regency," said Dr. Hj. Erni Herdiani.
Of approximately 3,200 hospitals in Indonesia, only a few have successfully completed optimal integration. Cabangbungin Regional Hospital, along with several national referral hospitals, is one of them, and has been entrusted with the One-to-One Assessment as part of the development of Electronic Claim Documents, which will support the digital claims system through SATUSEHAT and BPJS Kesehatan.
"The trust placed in Cabangbungin Regional Hospital encourages us to continue improving the quality of our technology-based services while ensuring that the public receives increasingly effective and efficient services," he said.
This success is inseparable from the use of SIMRS KHANZA as a hospital management information system that has been integrated with various national platforms, such as SATUSEHAT, BPJS Kesehatan VClaim, BPJS Online Queue, Mobile JKN, INA-CBG's, and other BPJS claim services. The integration was developed by the Information Technology Team of Cabangbungin Regional Hospital, led by the Head of SIRS, Dr. Salim Mulyana, MM.
"Through this integration, the exchange of healthcare data can be carried out securely, quickly, accurately, and in accordance with national interoperability standards, so we are ready to face the implementation of the SATUSEHAT data-based claims system," explained Dr. Hj. Erni Herdiani.
The assessment was attended by representatives from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the Central BPJS Kesehatan (Social Security Agency for Health), the Cikarang Branch of BPJS Kesehatan, the management of Cabangbungin Regional Hospital, the medical records team, casemix, claims verifiers, information technology, service units, and the KHANZA SIMRS management team. The presence of these stakeholders demonstrates synergy in strengthening the digitalization of healthcare services in Indonesia.
"We express our appreciation to the entire team at Cabangbungin Regional Hospital, BPJS Kesehatan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, and the SIMRS KHANZA development team for their collaboration. This success is the result of our collective efforts in supporting the transformation of the national health system," he said.
He stated that the development of the Electronic Claim Document is expected to be a significant milestone in the transformation of Indonesia's healthcare financing system. Through this system, the BPJS Kesehatan claims process will be faster, more efficient, transparent, and accountable, supported by Electronic Signatures (TTE), thereby strengthening the security and integrity of digital documents.
"This success demonstrates our commitment at Cabangbungin Regional Hospital to supporting the National Health System Transformation, particularly in the Health Technology Transformation pillar, through the implementation of Electronic Medical Records, health data interoperability, and the digitalization of the health care claims process to provide increasingly high-quality services to the people of Bekasi Regency," he explained.
