PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto continues to strengthen licensing governance as a strategic step in aligning regional development with central government policies.

This effort is carried out in an integrated manner with all levels of regional apparatus to ensure that each program runs optimally and provides real benefits to the community.

At a coordination meeting regarding licensing at the Bogor Regent's Hall, Cibinong, Friday (17/4/2026), Rudy emphasized that strengthening the licensing system is one of the keys to encouraging sustainable and targeted development.

In addition, this step also aims to ensure that various strategic programs, including national programs, can be implemented well, on target, and have a direct impact on improving community welfare.

According to him, accelerating the licensing process to support regional development is also a priority, especially those that contribute to increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD). However, the entire process will continue to be carried out while prioritizing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

"Good licensing must be able to drive regional economic growth while providing legal certainty for business actors. This is crucial for inflowing investment to proceed smoothly and provide a multiplier effect for the community," said Rudy.

He continued, the Bogor Regency Government is committed to continuing to improve the system, including improving services, transparency, and accountability in the licensing process.

Thus, said Rudy, it is hoped that a conducive investment climate will be created while also supporting the acceleration of development in various sectors.

Through this step, the Bogor Regency Government is optimistic about achieving better governance and strengthening synergy between the regional and central governments to achieve sustainable and competitive development. (PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS TEAM / BOGOR REGENCY DISKOMINFO/rka)
