PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - Bekasi Regency Regional Secretary Endin Samsudin participated in a live talk show by the Ministry of Home Affairs' Human Resources Development Agency with the theme "Leadership with Integrity between the Temptation of Power and the People's Mandate" virtually from the Command Center Room of the Bekasi Regency Communication, Informatics, Cryptography and Statistics Service, Central Cikarang (16/4/2026).

This activity was attended by regional apparatus to strengthen the commitment of state civil servants in implementing transparent governance and providing accountable public services to the community.

Iis Sandra Yanti, Assistant for General Administration of the Bekasi Regency Regional Secretariat, said that integrity is the main foundation for state civil servants in making policies that have a direct impact on the welfare of citizens.

"In carrying out their official duties, civil servants must have strong integrity, so that every policy and program they implement is truly oriented towards the welfare of the community," said Iis Sandra Yanti.

The Bekasi Regency Government implements a number of supervisory instruments to ensure good governance and impact on public services.

These steps are taken through strengthening the Government Internal Control System, following up on the Monitoring Center for Prevention, strengthening performance management, and improving the Government Agency Performance Accountability System.

Iis Sandra Yanti said the implementation of these various systems aims to ensure that state civil servants work professionally, transparently, and are accountable to the public.

"These steps are part of our efforts to ensure that civil servants (ASN) work professionally, transparently, and accountably in carrying out their duties," said Iis Sandra Yanti.

In addition to strengthening supervision, local governments are also encouraging improvements in service quality through the implementation of clear standard operating procedures, compliance with service standards, and increasing human resource capacity.

"Public service must be a priority, starting from clear SOPs, measurable service standards, to human resource readiness, so that the public receives optimal service according to regulations," said Iis Sandra Yanti.

He emphasized that the commitment to integrity of the apparatus is key to maintaining public trust in the regional government.

"Integrity will continue to be upheld and become the main foundation in our work, as a concrete manifestation of our dedication to the community," said Iis Sandra Yanti.
