PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - West Java Province Regional Secretary Herman Suryatman coordinated directly with Acting (Pj.) Bogor Regent Asmawa Tosepu and community groups (pokmas) regarding handling the impact of the Regional Ammunition Warehouse explosion which occurred on March 30 2024 in Ciangsana Village, Gunung Putri District, Regency Bogor.
Herman confirmed that handling the impact of the Regional Ammunition Warehouse explosion in Ciangsana, Gunung Putri, Bogor Regency, would be completed as soon as possible. The impact of the Regional Ammunition Warehouse explosion that must be resolved immediately is the repair of houses, both in public settlements and the Visalia cluster.
"We have the spirit, enthusiasm to resolve things amicably from the community. There are representatives. First, representatives from general settlements, second, representatives from cluster settlements. We have agreed on both. God willing, next week we will start to complete the repairs to the affected houses," " said Herman in Bogor Regency, Thursday (9/5/2024).
Herman reported that the number of houses affected by the explosion in public settlements was 45 units. Of this number, 11 houses withdrew from applying for repairs, and have made a black and white statement to repair the damage independently.
"As for the remaining 34 houses, 10 houses have been completed, disbursed, and all that remains is to convey the accountability," said Herman.
"Then there are 24 houses that have not been provided with assistance. It has just been agreed that the files have been submitted from the Village Head to the Regent via the Bogor Regency DPKPP, also witnessed by the District Head. Today it will be processed even though it is a holiday. This is a commitment from the Bogor Regency Government outside "Usually it will be processed until Sunday," he added.
According to Herman, the application documents will be submitted to the Bogor Regency BPKAD next Monday, so that aid can be distributed immediately. The resolution process is carried out by responsible Pokmas community representatives
"Even if there are deficiencies, because government standards will be different from the situation on the ground, the sub-district head and village head are committed to handling them. We, the province and the regent, will monitor them," he said.
Meanwhile in the Visalia cluster, said Herman, 172 houses were affected. Of this number, 40 houses have been assessed. The Regency DPKPP will carry out assessments for another 132 houses until next Sunday.
Then the housing unit will then be submitted to the Bogor Regency BPKAD to receive assistance from Unexpected Assistance (BTT) in accordance with the provisions because it must be accountable.
"If the wishes do not meet expectations, the cluster representatives will accept according to the provisions of the regional government. As for the possibilities, Mr. Regent, we from the Provincial Government will invite the developer to provide attention in any form, whether CSR or other," he said.
"Because most of the 172 houses have not been handed over from the developer to the residents, we will ask for concern from the developer," he added.
Herman hopes that handling the impact of the Regional Ammunition Warehouse explosion in Bogor Regency can be completed this month. In line with that, he also received aspirations from the public who asked for confirmation that the Regional Ammunition Warehouse was in a safe condition.
