PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Regional Secretary of West Java Province Herman Suryatman attended the 2024 West Java BPSDM SYMPHONIA with the theme "Harmony in Collaboration, Harmony in Innovation" at the West Java BPSDM office, Cimahi City, Thursday (19/12/2024).

This is an inauguration event for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) and ASN who have followed the integrated learning system in ASN competency development based on "Corporate University" (Corpu).
In front of hundreds of ASN, Herman spoke about "Transformational Leadership in Turbulent Times".

Herman hopes that through this activity, all ASN from various professions and backgrounds can unite with the same goal, namely to bring prosperity to the people of West Java.

"Therefore, it is hoped that after this activity, you can make society prosperous," he said.

"This activity is very cool, various instruments are orchestrated in such a way that it is pleasant to hear. No matter how great the instrument holders are, it will be unclear, but if someone arranges it, it will be pleasant to hear. That is the meaning of the name of this activity," said Herman.

Herman also invited ASN who attended the event to work professionally and serve the community with integrity.

"From this meeting, strengthen integrity and professionalism to serve the nation and state," he said.

Herman also encouraged ASN in West Java to show their best dedication in developing their abilities and competencies to embody the West Java Provincial Government program.

"This event is a celebration of the competence, innovation, and collaboration of West Java ASN who have shown their best dedication in the mission of developing competence," said Herman.
