PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Regional Secretary of West Java Province Herman Suryatman received a visit from the Delegation of the Eunpyeong-Gu City Government, Seoul Province, South Korea regarding the Exploration of Cooperation with the West Java Provincial Government at Gedung Sate, Bandung City, Friday (27/9/2024).

The arrival of the South Korean Delegation was the second return visit to Tanah Pasundan. It was done to strengthen several existing cooperations.

"So this is a return visit. It's the second time to West Java. West Java and South Korea are building cooperation in various fields, both economic, how to encourage investment from both parties as well as tourism, education, culture, and so on," said Herman when met after the meeting.

Herman believes that exploring further cooperation will have a positive impact on the people of West Java and South Korea.

"Of course this will provide benefits for both parties, namely West Java and South Korea," he said.

With the arrival of the South Korean delegation for the second time in West Java, Herman assessed that the cooperation that had been established was a concrete form of developing a government system in the digital era.

"I think this is a concrete form of governance in the era of globalization where borderless communication between countries in the world is well established," said Herman.

"God willing, it will provide many benefits for the people of West Java as well as in South Korea," he added.
