PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - West Java Quick Response (JQR) has completed its duties on December 31 2023. For five years, JQR has contributed greatly to transforming the concept of fast service for the West Java Provincial Government.

Head of the West Java Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo), Ika Mardiah, said that this can be seen from proper management and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

"JQR has become a model of quick response in handling public complaints through appropriate management and SOPs," said Ika in Bandung City, Monday (1/1/2024).

"Considering that one of the initial ideas for its formation was to accelerate emergency social and humanitarian services from the West Java Provincial Government for the people of West Java. Thank God, the acceleration in question has been running," he added.

Ika also said that all regional apparatus in the West Java Provincial Government had succeeded in adopting the spirit of rapid response implemented by JQR.

"The spirit of rapid response to emergency situations that require immediate handling has now been adopted by regional officials in West Java. Indeed, sometimes a rapid response in an emergency requires abandoning bureaucratic arrangements, but remaining within the corridor of coordination," said Ika.

The presence of JQR, said Ika, encouraged the West Java Provincial Government to develop an electronic integrated complaint system.

"For speed of response, the West Java Provincial Government is now developing integrated electronic complaints to carry out fast responses and record the performance of the implementing ASN," he said.

"We thank JQR for carrying out its duties extraordinary and we hope that what has been done will bring benefits to all," he added.

Over five years, JQR has also reached 2,622 villages from 605 sub-districts spread across 27 regencies/cities in West Java, and 166,547 beneficiaries.
