PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - Regional government agencies in Bekasi Regency can utilize the Online Complaints System (Singadon) to report issues in the procurement of goods and services, allowing for faster and more accurate resolution.
Bekasi Regency Regional Secretary, Endin Samsudin, conveyed this during the 2026 Year-End Procurement Evaluation and 2027 General Procurement Plan (RUP) Preparation Strategy, as well as the launch of the Online Complaints System (Singadon) at the KH Noer Alie Hall, 4th Floor, Bekasi Regent's Building, Wednesday (10/14/2026).
Endin hopes that Singadon's presence will make it easier for Commitment Making Officers (PPK) and regional officials to convey problems encountered during the goods and services procurement process.
"I hope Singadon will make it easier to convey problems and support a faster and more accurate follow-up process," he said.
He emphasized that government procurement of goods and services is an important instrument in supporting regional development and the provision of public services, so its implementation must be guided by laws and regulations.
"All regional government agencies must implement procurement processes based on transparency, efficiency, and accountability, ensuring that every process is accountable, both administratively and legally," he said.
As the 2026 budget year draws to a close, Endin requested that all regional government agencies evaluate procurement implementation in their respective work units and address any identified obstacles as areas for improvement.
"The PPK must ensure that every project is carried out according to schedule, specifications, and contract provisions to ensure that work completion, budget realization, and the quality of construction results are maintained," he stressed.
To prepare for the 2027 procurement, he asked regional officials to prepare the RUP carefully, on time, and in line with regional planning and budgeting documents.
"Ensure that each procurement package is based on clear needs, precise specifications, and budget availability, while still considering effectiveness, efficiency, and benefits to the community," Endin said.
He also requested that the Goods and Services Procurement Division continue to provide assistance to all regional apparatus, both in the implementation of procurement in 2026 and the preparation of the 2027 RUP.
"If you encounter any obstacles, coordinate immediately and utilize Singadon as a tool to support resolution, so that procurement governance in Bekasi Regency becomes more effective, transparent, accountable, and based on integrity," he concluded.
