The Bekasi Regency Government is strengthening land and tax data management through the signing of an Inter-Regional Joint Agreement and a Cooperation Agreement for the Replication and Utilization of the Land and Tax Information Geospatial Integration System (SISGITA).
The signing was carried out by Acting Regent of Bekasi Asep Surya Atmaja, Head of Bapenda Bekasi Regency Iwan Ridwan, and Head of Diskominfosantik Bekasi Regency Yan Yan Akhmad Kurnia, together with the South Tangerang City Government, in the Blandongan Hall of the Main Building of South Tangerang City Hall, Monday (21/9/2026).
This collaboration is a strategic step in synchronizing land and tax data, particularly the Land and Building Tax Identification Number (NIB) with the Tax Object Number (NOP) for Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2).
Through this integration, local governments can have a more accurate, updated, and integrated database as a basis for improving the quality of public services while optimizing regional revenue potential.
Acting Bekasi Regent Asep Surya Atmaja stated that the SISGITA collaboration is expected to not only strengthen governance but also facilitate public access to services related to land and taxation.
"With this data integration, we hope that land and tax data will become more accurate and integrated. In the future, the public will also have easier access to services because the data used by the government will be better and more transparent," said Asep.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Bekasi Regency Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda), Iwan Ridwan, explained that the integration of NIB and NOP will help the government update taxpayer and land ownership data more precisely.
PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - According to him, there is still a possibility of discrepancies between land and tax data. Through SISGITA, the two data will be gradually synchronized throughout Bekasi Regency.
"By synchronizing the NIB and NOP, more accurate data on land ownership and taxpayers will emerge. This data will then serve as a database for Bapenda (Regional Revenue Agency) to determine potential regional revenue, particularly from the PBB-P2 sector," Iwan explained.
In addition to the NIB and NOP, this collaboration also includes the use of the Land Value Zone (ZNT) as a reference for determining the fairness of land and building transactions. ZNT data can support transaction validation and the management of Land and Building Acquisition Tax (BPHTB).
This data integration is also expected to help the government identify various data issues, including tax object data that no longer matches conditions in the field or ownership data that has not been updated.
Data updates will be implemented in stages through inter-agency data exchange and sub-district mapping. This will provide the government with a more comprehensive database for formulating policies and determining regional revenue targets.
The SISGITA collaboration also involves regional agencies handling communications and informatics from both regions. The system integration is expected to support secure, structured, and sustainable data exchange.
Going forward, the results of this data integration are expected to be developed to support the digitalization of tax services, including the gradual implementation of e-SPPT, so that the public can more easily obtain information and fulfill their tax obligations.
This collaboration is also part of the regional government's efforts to build single-data-based governance, prioritizing accuracy, transparency, integration, and ease of service for the public.
