The invitation was conveyed by the Head of the Bekasi Regency Manpower Office, Ida Farida, while attending the 2026 Bekasi Regency Virtual Job Fair at the Jababeka Golf and Country Club, Cikarang, Tuesday (10/27/2026).
Ida said that the program organized by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia provides opportunities for new graduates to develop their skills before entering the workforce.
"The Maganghub Batch 3 program can be utilized by the public, especially job seekers and recent bachelor's degree graduates, to gain experience and improve their skills before entering the workforce. We encourage the people of Bekasi Regency to seek information and make the most of this opportunity," he said.

This internship program is also expected to be an alternative for new graduates who do not have professional experience to be better prepared to compete in the recruitment process.
Ida reminded prospective participants to check the requirements, prepare documents, and follow the registration mechanism according to the official provisions of the Ministry of Manpower.
The Bekasi Regency Manpower Office encourages the public to seek information regarding participant requirements, internship options, and registration procedures through the organizer's official channels.
Through this opportunity, job seekers with bachelor's degrees are expected to gain practical experience and skills that can be an added value when applying for jobs.
