As for how to do it, send a message by typing the service number after there is a response from the WhatsApp bot.

After that, send the requirements via the WhatsApp application, the PDF will be sent back via WhatsApp.

After the applicant sends a message via WhatsApp and selects the service, continue with uploading the file. Then there is verification and validation by the subdistrict office and electronic signature killing.
