PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. GARUT - Deputy Regent of Garut, dr. Helmi Budiman conveyed the importance of solidity among employees. He expressed this in front of employees within the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy, Mineral Resources (ESDM) on Jalan Merdeka, Garut Regency, Tuesday (16/1/2024).

Helmi Budiman said that solidity is the main key in forming collective strength.

"Conversely, when the crowd is not solid then it will not be a strength," he said.

The Deputy Regent also advised employees to hold joint activities to build solidarity.

"So once again, make something that can make us solid. Because skills and beliefs alone have little value, their impact and usefulness are small," he said.

After the rally at the Energy and Mineral Resources Department, the Deputy Regent also led the rally at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company (Perumda) Tirta Intan. There, he also motivated employees to try their best to achieve their goals.

"Even though our abilities only reach the point (far from what we want to achieve). If it is 0 to 100, it is not at the hundredth point. Let Allah be the one who will complete it to the 100th point," he said.

This message about the importance of solidity and maximum effort marks the end of Helmi Budiman's term of office as Deputy Regent of Garut which will end on January 23 2024. (rdp*)
