PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Deputy Mayor of Bandung, Erwin invited the Community Empowerment Institution (LPM) to make the Bandung City development program a success.

He conveyed this at the inauguration of the Dungus Cariang Village LPM, Thursday (17/4/2025).

"Currently, LPM has a task that must be carried out seriously so that the current position can be utilized for the common good," said Erwin.

According to Erwin, regional community institutions must be able to synergize with the government.

"Likewise, the apparatus must synergize and collaborate to establish partnerships with all stakeholders," he said.

Meanwhile, Andir Sub-district Head Budi Rahmat Taufik is optimistic that the presence of the new management will be able to support development in the City of Bandung.

"I am optimistic that LPM is in a position to advance development," he said.

Budi said that the sub-district as the LPM mentor was deliberately formed so that the work reference for the vision and mission of the City of Bandung would run optimally.

Meanwhile, the new Head of LPM Dungus Cariang, Akhmad Maola, is ready to make the Bandung City Government program a success.

"Until now we have synergized, we are ready to make various activities in the region a success," he said.

The former chairman of LPM Dungus Cariang, Hendra Setiawan, expressed his gratitude to the Bandung City Government for providing support and commitment to advancing the Dungus Cariang area.

"This Priority LPM supports various activities such as community discussions, BBGRM (Community Mutual Cooperation Month), handling of Covid-19, providing plants and cleaning equipment to the RW level, social services, Linmas training to cultural activities, sports and UMKM training," he said.
