PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Deputy Mayor of Bandung, Erwin said, the Eid al-Fitr moment must be transformed into a spirit of service so that after Eid al-Fitr, public services must be even better.

He said this when attending the Cicendo District Halal Bihalal at the Arion Suites Hotel, Monday (14/4/2025).

"Our target is clear, which is public satisfaction. Every service, from administration to complaint handling, must be fast, precise, and friendly," he said.

Erwin said that Cicendo District as one of the spearheads must be an example of humanistic and efficient service.

"We are committed to developing the region evenly, both in terms of infrastructure and public services, with the principle of active community participation," said Erwin.

Erwin asked for services to provide comfort for the community. Starting from smiles to community needs related to administration and so on can be served.

"Their job is to provide excellent service to the community. Please serve the community with the goodness that we have," he asked.

Regarding this, the Head of Cicendo District, Bira Gumbira, stated that he was ready to provide the best service to the community.
