PORTALJABAR, BOGOR CITY - Deputy Mayor of Bogor, Jenal Mutaqin, accompanied members of Commission IV of the West Java Provincial DPRD to directly review the landslide conditions that occurred on Jalan Saleh Danasasmita, Batutulis, South Bogor District (21/4/2025).
The visit aims to check the conditions on the ground and ensure assistance for residents affected by the landslide. In addition, they also evaluate the land acquisition scheme for new access or routes.
For the land acquisition for the new route of Jalan Saleh Danasasmita, the West Java Provincial Government and Bogor City Government agreed to use a 50:50 budget sharing scheme.
"The budget is divided 50:50. If it is from Rp 45 billion, that means around Rp 22.5 billion. The process in Bogor City has been running simultaneously with the formation of the land procurement team," explained Jenal Mutaqin
Jenal Mutaqin reminded that even though this land acquisition was related to a disaster, the government remained careful and followed existing procedures.
"Planning, preparation, and implementation must be in accordance with applicable documents and regulations," he said.
Chairman of Commission IV of the West Java Provincial DPRD, Rizaldy D. Priambodo, said that his party is currently waiting for the continuation of the ongoing technical process.
"We in the DPRD will wait for the process and after the budget is complete, it will be discussed with the Governor of West Java," said Rizaldy. (Bogor City Communication and Information Service/Fau)
