PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. GARUT - Rumah Qur'an (RQ) Yava Al-Barokah held a Tahfidz Graduation which took place at the RQ Yava Al-Barokah Islamic Boarding School Complex, Garut Regency, Thursday (13/6/2024).

In this activity, the Assistant for Government and Welfare (Pemkesra) of the Regional Secretariat (Setda) of Garut Regency, Bambang Hafidz, said that Garut Regency has a vision of "Piety, Progress and Prosperity", where piety itself is not just a jargon but also needs to be implemented in various ways. activity.

"There is the Maghrib Koran program, development of Islamic boarding schools, development of Koran Koran teachers, but of course all of this will not run optimally (if it is not implemented together)," he said.

Bambang said that local governments have limitations in terms of both access and budget capacity, therefore in realizing the vision of piety it is very necessary to have participation from all parties, one of which is Rumah Qur'an Yava Al-Barokah.

He also revealed that although Islamic boarding schools are under the guidance of the Ministry of Religion, the regional government also has responsibility for Islamic boarding schools considering that the people in the area are in the Garut Regency area.

"Because once again, this is an extraordinary form of participation. Overall, this is the responsibility of the government, in this case the regional government, even the regional government, through the Regent and DPRD, has set its vision of being devout," he said.
