PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Sapawarga Jabar Super App has just added a new feature, namely the Population Data Complaint service which is integrated with the Population Information and Data System (SIDATUK) belonging to the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) of West Java Province.
This feature is an important step in strengthening relations between citizens and the West Java Provincial Government as well as providing better solutions in managing population data.
With this feature, Sapawarga Jabar Super App users now have the ability to report or update their population information directly through the application. This includes reports on changes in address, marital status, births, and various other important data changes.
Available service provisions include Population Identification Number (NIK), Resident Identity Card (KTP), and Family Card (KK).
“We want to be able to provide public services more quickly and easily. One of them is by presenting the SIDATUK feature on the Sapawarga West Java Super App. "Now West Java residents everywhere who have problems related to population data can make complaints online via the (Sapawarga) application." said Ika Mardiah, Head of the West Java Province Communication and Information Service.
This population data complaint feature is part of the government's ongoing efforts to facilitate citizens' access to public services and strengthen participation in population administration.
It is hoped that the ongoing process will be more effective and efficient. Additionally, with more accurate data and faster updates, the government can continuously provide better services to the public.
