PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. GARUT - Garut Regency Personnel and Training Agency (BKD) attended the Zoom Meeting on the socialization of Civil Servant (PNS) procurement policies for the 2024 Fiscal Year held by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB) of the Republic of Indonesia.

The event took place virtually at the Garut Regency BKD Office, Tuesday (29/7/2024).

Garut Regency BKD Secretary Doni Adam Mochammad Ramdan revealed that this Zoom Meeting aims to equalize perceptions regarding the procurement plan for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS).

In this socialization, continued Doni, it was explained that the civil servant procurement process must be carried out based on the principles of competitive, fair, objective, transparent, free from KKN, and free of charge.

"Then it was also conveyed that there is not a single person, not even an official from BKN or from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform who can promise that someone will pass this test," he said.

Doni stated that this socialization only discussed the procurement of CPNS. In addition, according to the direction of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, local governments are required to carry out the procurement process in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

"The focus is on basic services for teachers and health workers, if we specifically have administrative staff, then the most important thing is to solve the problems of non-ASN staff as optimally as possible," he said.

Doni said that this year's CPNS priority is for fresh graduates or recent college graduates. He also emphasized the importance of integrity and morality for employees on the committee.

"Then pay attention to the qualifications of the position and work area, then follow the selection stages according to the rules, and pay attention to the allocation for certain needs, these may be important things," he said.
