PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - The Bogor Regency Government (Pemdakab) collaborates with the Cibinong Branch of the Social Security Administration (BPJS) Health to realize Bogor Regency achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC).

Head of BPJS Cibinong Branch Ichwansyah Gani invited everyone to fight together to maintain UHC. He conveyed this at the Media Gathering, at Raindear Coffee & Kitchen, Bogor Regency, Thursday (15/8/2024).

Ichwansyah said, previously the struggle was how to get UHC. Now, thank God, Bogor Regency has UHC, so now the struggle is for us to maintain UHC together.

"Alhamdulillah, the support of the Acting Regent of Bogor for Bogor Regency to achieve UHC is extraordinary. Bogor Regency Government won an award as a Regional Government with the Pratama Category in achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) from the Coordinating Ministry for PMK," he said.

Ichwansyah added, this award is an award for districts/cities that have achieved UHC with a minimum participation of 95 percent, while Bogor has reached 97 percent. This is also a source of pride for Bogor Regency and of course is a form of very close collaboration between BPJS Kesehatan and the Bogor Regency Government.

Head of the Quality of Service for BPJS Kesehatan Cibinong Branch Members, Betty Parapat, said that today her party held a gathering with the media to socialize the development of the JKN program, especially regarding easy access to services for the community.

"Where in addition to face-to-face there are also non-face-to-face services. The hope is that all JKN participants in Bogor Regency who have been registered are also active participants, meaning they have no arrears," he said.

Betty said, with the vast area of Bogor Regency, it is impossible for everyone to be served in our office, therefore BPJS Kesehatan has non-face-to-face service channels, such as the JKN mobile application, Pandawa, call center 165. This will provide convenience for participants, meaning that there are no more participants who have difficulty registering, changing data, or making complaints.

"What we hope for the most is to ensure that the participant administration is in accordance with the population data. So if you don't have a NIK, you have to make one, those who don't have a Family Card must also make one, and if there is a change in population data, it must be reported to us," he said.
