PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - Bogor Regent, Rudy Susmanto, emphasized that all regional apparatuses must immediately follow up on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the handling of Civil and State Administrative law issues between the Bogor Regency Government (Pemkab) and the Bogor Regency District Attorney's Office (Kejari).

The signing of the MoU was carried out by the Regent of Bogor, Rudy Susmanto, and the Head of the Bogor Regency District Attorney's Office, Irwanuddin Tadjuddin, in Multipurpose Room I, Regional Secretariat, Cibinong (22/4/2025).

The MoU is a follow-up from the West Java High Prosecutor's Office together with the West Java Provincial Government which was previously implemented at the Pakuan Building, Bandung, on April 15, 2025.

Bogor Regent, Rudy Susmanto, stated that the MoU is valid for one year and will be extended after an annual evaluation. He asked all regional apparatuses to immediately follow up on this cooperation.

"I want all regional apparatus to make their respective agreements with the Prosecutor's Office. The goal going forward, we give power to the heads of regional apparatus so that they are not afraid to take steps," said Rudy.

Rudy said that the signing of this MoU aims to ensure that each regional apparatus can take steps without hesitation in implementing the program, with legal assistance from the Prosecutor's Office.

"So that any steps taken are based on applicable legal provisions," said Rudy.

The Regent hopes that through this MoU, the Bogor Regency Government can obtain an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) award from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) and follow up on all BPK recommendations to anticipate things that can harm the Bogor Regency Government. (Diskominfo Kab. Bogor/Fauziah)
