PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Deputy Mayor of Bandung, Erwin invited the public to make Ramadan a momentum to increase piety and social awareness.

This was conveyed at the Gebyar Ramadan 1446 H event which was filled with a sermon from Ustadz Hilman Fauzi and donations for 200 orphans and the poor.

In his speech, Erwin reminded that Ramadan comes every year, but not everyone succeeds in achieving the piety promised by Allah.

"Those who gain piety are those who seriously pursue good deeds in the month of Ramadan," he said at the Pusdai Mosque, Monday (3/3/2025).

"God willing, the reward for every good deed we do will be doubled," he added.

The Gebyar Ramadan 1446 H event is a form of social concern and togetherness in welcoming the holy month. It is hoped that this activity will inspire people to get closer to Allah and share goodness.
