PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - Acting Bogor Regent Asmawa Tosepu accompanied the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Hadi Tjahjanto and Acting. West Java Governor Bey Machmudin when opening the ATR/BPN service counter at the Cibinong Land Office, Bogor Regency, Friday (19/1/2024).

Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Hadi Tjahjanto, revealed that the opening of the ATR BPN service counter was to provide optimal land services to all the people of Bogor Regency. Moreover, Hadi added, the Bogor Regency Land Office (Kantah) serves 33 sub-districts and annually serves 120 thousand pieces that must be handled.

"With such a wide range of services, it is only natural that Kantah Bogor Regency improves its service performance, with counters that truly represent the community," he said.

According to the Minister of ATR/BPN, Kantah Bogor Regency also contributes PAD in the form of BPHTB, BPH, this gives color to the Bogor Regional Government.

"Including Bogor Regency, it has made a very good contribution to the Regional Government, at least based on data, it has contributed at least IDR 17 trillion in terms of adding economic value from the mortgage rights of the people of Bogor Regency," he said.

He explained that there are seven services implemented by Kantah Bogor Regency which provide the community with ease, smoothness and comfort, including SK registration which will be served quickly, changes to SKPT then mortgage rights, proyals and checks.

“Seven services are really needed by the community. "Therefore, we provide a place of course to provide the best service to the entire community," he said.

The Bogor Regency Government is also implementing a national strategy program, namely land certification for the people, a task that must be completed on 1.4 million plots. Currently, 1.1 million fields have been completed.

"I hope that this year will be completed, with hard work and support from the Regional Government, law enforcement officers, Kajari, Police Chief, Dandim and Forkopimda so that the goal of providing the best service to the community can be achieved," he added. (rdp*)
