PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Acting Regional Secretary of West Java Province Taufiq Budi Santoso received a working visit from the Gorontalo Provincial Government on the agenda of a study to imitate the use of Local E-Catalogs.
The Gorontalo Provincial Government delegation led by Gorontalo Regional Secretary Sofian Ibrahim was received by West Java Provincial Government officials in the Papandayan Meeting Room, Gedung Sate, Bandung City, Thursday (25/1/2024).
On that occasion, Acting Regional Secretary Taufiq BS explained that the use of the Local E-Catalog belonging to the West Java Provincial Government began in 2019. At that time there were only three display cases.
"In 2023 there will be approximately 46 storefronts, the number of products will be almost 53,000 with transactions in 2023 of more than IDR 2.2 trillion," said Taufiq.
Most recently, as of January 23 2024, there were 628 transactions with a value of approximately IDR 614 billion.
"Pak Karo PBJ (Head of the Goods and Services Procurement Bureau) and his team will explain technically how the E-Catalog is implemented," he said.
Furthermore, Taufiq also touched on the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) for goods/service providers.
He also said that it was important to continue to encourage and facilitate local entrepreneurs to enter the Local E-Catalogue.
In line with that, said Taufiq, the Central Government has made it easy for entrepreneurs regarding TKDN.
This is important to facilitate local entrepreneurs in the province to be able to enter the regional and national E-Catalog.
"E-Catalog in West Java continues to be developed," he said.
Apart from that, Taufiq also revealed that his party continues to seek alternative funding other than through the APBN or APBD.
"Is it through government partnerships with business entities, assigning BUMDs, how do we look for alternative funding apart from the APBN, transfer funds, etc.," said Taufiq.
Gorontalo Regional Secretary Sofian Ibrahim revealed that the mock study carried out by his party was in line with the direction of the Acting Governor of Gorontalo who encouraged the use of the Local E-Catalog in the procurement of goods/services within the Gorontalo Provincial Government.
"Using the E-Catalog is an obligation for all regional governments," said Sofian.
So his party also carried out a copy study with the West Java Provincial Government to understand the strategies, methods or best practices for using the Local E-Catalog, then adapt and implement them.
