PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - Acting Regent of Bekasi Dedy Supriyadi opened the Road to Gebyar Integrated Services event held by the Bekasi Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP), at the Tambun Market UPTD, Bekasi Regency, Tuesday (12/17/2024).

This activity, which collaborates with the Trade Office, Cooperatives and SMEs Office, Health Office, National Standardization Agency (BSN), MUI Bekasi Regency and the Bekasi Regency UMKM Forum, provides services for making Business Identification Numbers (NIB), halal certificates, Household Industry Product certificates (PIRT) and Indonesian National Standards (SNI) for UMKM actors.

Dedy said, this event is part of the commitment of the Bekasi Regency Government (Pemdakab) in providing the best service to the community. Especially business actors, to support the investment climate and strengthen the regional economy.

"This service, in addition to making it easier for the public to create legal business documents, also provides a major contribution to the development of MSMEs and increasing the competitiveness of local products in Bekasi Regency, both at the national and global levels," he said.

Dedy said, through this activity, business actors can understand the importance of business legality and product quality standards as an initial step for business development.

"I hope that MSMEs in Bekasi Regency will be more competitive and able to penetrate the international market, and Bekasi Regency will become an investment-friendly area with the support of business actors and the community," he said.

Dedy also said that this event is also a momentum to introduce the investment potential of Bekasi Regency, through the West Java Investment Award and Cifest, which aims to attract the attention of investors to jointly develop Bekasi Regency.

Head of the Bekasi Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP), Suhup, said that previously his party had carried out a roadshow for making NIB in 11 markets in the Bekasi Regency area.

"So this event is the peak of provincial level activities (West Java) where Bekasi Regency is targeted to make 50,000 NIBs and thank God we have achieved that target," he said.

According to him, the enthusiasm of the Bekasi Regency community to make a NIB is quite high because they realize that NIB is very important as a legality for developing a business.

"We hope that even though the target has been achieved, we will continue to invite the community, especially MSMEs in Bekasi Regency, to immediately make a NIB for the progress of their businesses," he said.
