PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The West Java Provincial Government has provided 55 Lebaran Picket Posts on homecoming and tourist routes to serve the community.
Head of the West Java Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (DBMPR) Bambang Tirtoyuliono said that the Lebaran Picket Post is not only a comfortable place to rest, but also provides facilities for relaxing muscles, drinking, or simply using the toilet.
"The long homecoming trip often makes the body feel tired and exhausted. For travelers, please stop by the DBMPR Lebaran Picket Post," said Bambang Tirtoyuliono, Monday (3/24/2025).
At the DBMPR Eid Post, travelers can also get important information about homecoming routes, disaster-prone routes, and alternative routes to avoid traffic jams.
"This information can be obtained through the information board installed at the Command Post or by asking the officers on duty directly," said Bambang.
55 DBMPR Eid Picket Posts are located in UPTD I in the Bogor - Bekasi region: 8 posts, UPTD II in the Sukabumi region: 9 posts, UPTD III in the Bandung - Garut - Sumedang - Purwakarta - Subang - Karawang region: 12 posts, UPTD IV in the Sumedang - Garut region: 11 posts, UPTD V in the Tasikmalaya - Cirebon - Kuningan region: 5 posts and in UPTD VI in the Majalengka region: 10 posts.
