PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - The Bekasi Regency Government (Pemkab) has begun compiling the 2026 Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) through the Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) forum held at the Kominfosantik Service Command Center on Thursday (17/4/2025).

Bekasi Regency Government ensures that every program created will have a real impact, answer the needs of the community, and be implemented effectively, efficiently, and accountably. In addition, the program is also ensured to be right on target with the support of valid data and mature technical administration readiness.

In Musrembang, Bekasi Regency Government absorbs community aspirations while aligning regional development programs with the policies of the West Java Provincial Government and the Central Government. The activity is also used to discuss development priorities, performance indicators, to the location and form of programs to be implemented.

In his remarks, Bekasi Regency Regional Secretary Dedy Supriyadi said that the results of the Musrenbang will be the basis for compiling the 2026 Bekasi Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). He emphasized that the development plan must be in line with the vision and mission of the Bekasi Regent and Deputy Regent, namely "Bekasi Rising, Advancing, and Prosperous".

"This activity is expected to not only be a ceremonial activity, but also be able to produce concrete strategic formulations that can be realized in real terms in development programs," he said.

Dedy also emphasized the importance of synchronizing policy directions between regional governments with provincial and central governments, in accordance with the mandate of Home Affairs Ministerial Regulation Number 86 of 2017.

All regional apparatus, sub-district heads, village heads, and village heads must be active and communicative in supporting the development of Bekasi Regency. That way, the resulting policies truly answer the needs of the community and are in line with the direction of national development.

With the implementation of the 2026 Bekasi Regency RKPD Musrenbang, it is hoped that all stakeholders can play an active role in preparing more focused, participatory, and sustainable development planning. Synergy between regional, provincial, and central governments is the main key in answering various development challenges and meeting the needs of the community evenly and fairly.
