PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BEKASI - Acting Regent of Bekasi Dani Ramdan together with Forkopimda Bekasi Regency and several Workers' Unions and Entrepreneurs throughout Bekasi Regency, took part in activities commemorating International Labor Day (May Day) 2024 at the district level which were held at the Sahid Jaya Hotel, Lippo Cikarang (1/5/ 2024).

Through this important momentum, Acting Regent of Bekasi Dani Ramdan expressed his appreciation to the workers who have contributed to the economic growth of Bekasi Regency and even the world economy.

Dani Ramdan also encouraged all workers to improve their competencies. As the theme for May Day 2024 is "May Day is Skilled Day", the spirit of working together creates competent workers.

"Apart from adding value to themselves, competent workers also have a positive and large impact on the growth and progress of the nation and state," he stressed.

Dani Ramdan added, on this occasion the Bekasi Regency Government also launched an innovative Mobile Training Unit (MTU) program, namely two mobile cars for job training activities to make it easier for people to take part in training outside the Job Training Center (BLK) office.

"This MTU is aimed at workers and also the community. For workers, this can build a second carrier program so that it is not only linearly oriented towards continuing to be a worker but also as an entrepreneur.
