PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - To make it easier to control, review and recapitulate documents for submitting, recording and checking e-KTPs, the Bandung City Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil) launched an innovative Admindukcapil Administration Service Activity Monitoring application (Monalisa).

Through Monalisa, complete and accurate data is obtained regarding the implementation of e-KTP recording.

The Monalisa application was officially launched by the Regional Secretary of Bandung City, Ema Sumarna at the Horison Hotel Bandung (7/3/2024).

Ema hopes that this application can facilitate the performance of Disdukcapil in recording and checking e-KTPs. Moreover, currently Disdukcapil is experiencing delays in making e-KTPs for first-time voters for the 2024 simultaneous regional elections.

"Data is the key to improving quality. Now we continue to build applications because it is necessary. Provide convenience to the community," said Ema.

"Monalisa is more internal. Once again, innovation is a necessity to never stop providing excellent service to the community," he added.

He said that the Bandung City Government's strategy in managing government administration is three things, namely innovation, collaboration and decentralization. With regard to innovation, in the city of Bandung there are 390 public service applications.

Disdukcapil, he said, is one of the most productive OPDs because it currently has 27 public service applications.

“This is of course part of bureaucratic reform. "Thank God, the city of Bandung has now received RB (Bureaucratic Reform) both generally and thematically. This must be implemented in service quality," he said. (Diskominfo Bandung City/Fauziah)

Meanwhile, Head of the Bandung City Dukcapil Disdukcapil, Tatang Muchtar said, the Monalisa application is an information technology-based innovation where Disdukcapil services are spread across 30 sub-districts and special service outlets.

"Through this application, you can easily control and then review and summarize the e-KTP documents that have been printed and the remaining blanks that are still available," he said.
