BOGOR - The Regional General Election Commission (KPU) of Bogor Regency collaborated with the Bogor District Government to start the stages of the 2024 regional elections, jingle and mascot for the regional elections which took place at the Pakansari Stadium, on Sunday (9/6/2024).

Chairman of the Bogor Regency KPU, Adi Kurnia, said that in the next 170 days, Bogor Regency will face the 2024 regional elections. One of the preparations is the launching stage for the election of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Bogor Regency, which has just been launched together with the West Java Provincial KPU and the Bogor District Government.

On this occasion he also asked for full support from Bogor District Government stakeholders and all parties to support the 2024 Pilkada, because implementing the 2024 Pilkada in Bogor Regency is not an easy thing considering the vast area and large population of Bogor Regency.

"Of course we need support from the regional government and stakeholders to hold the 2024 regional elections. "We would also like to thank PPK, PPS and KPPS for making the 2024 elections successful, smooth and conducive," explained the Chairman of the KPU.

Next, representing Acting. Bogor Regent, Acting. Bogor Regency Regional Secretary, Suryanto Putra said that the Bogor Regional Government is ready to support the succession to the 2024 Regional Election in accordance with their respective authorities and obligations.
