Acting Bekasi Regent Wants West Java MTQ in Bekasi Regency to Be a Blessing for MSMEs

PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BEKASI - The holding of the 38th Musabaqoh Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) at the West Java Province level 2024 in Bekasi Regency brought blessings to Bekasi Regency Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors.

The presence of thousands of caravans from various cities in West Java is expected to increase the turnover of MSMEs in Bekasi Regency and increase people's income.

This was conveyed by the Acting Regent of Bekasi Dani Ramdan, after opening the Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises (KUKM) Bazaar in the main arena of the 38th West Java MTQ at the Bekasi Regency Regional Government Plaza, on Sunday (28/4/2024).

"With the presence of caravans of nearly five thousand participants from 27 districts/cities, turnover has increased, with increased turnover, spending has also increased and of course people's income has also increased. "This means that Bekasi Regency as the host of the West Java MTQ is a blessing for the people of Bekasi Regency," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Bekasi Regency Cooperative and SME Service, Ida Farida, said that MSME actors were given a place to participate in enlivening the MTQ at the Java Province level in Bekasi Regency which was the host.

"I hope that this moment will be utilized as well as possible by MSMEs in Bekasi Regency," he said.

Ida said that the MSME Bazaar which was held at the West Java MTQ arena was attended by a combination of MSMEs throughout Bekasi Regency, the MSME Forum in 23 sub-districts, several regional apparatus and a combination of cooperatives involved in the MSME cooperative.

"Yes, we are grateful, with the West Java MTQ being held in Bekasi Regency, the level of catering and snack orders from MTQ caravans to MSMEs has increased," he said. (Diskominfo Bekasi Regency/Fauziah)
