PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - Acting Bogor Regent Bachril Bakri with KPU staff accompanying Acting West Java Governor Bey Machmudin, destroyed damaged ballots in the 2024 simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada), which took place at the Bogor Regency KPU Office, Tuesday night (11/26/2024).

Before destroying the damaged ballots, Bachril Bakri accompanied the Acting Governor of West Java Bey Machmudin to directly check the condition of the Polling Station (TPS) located in Class 2A Penitentiary, Pondok Rajeg, Cibinong, to ensure the readiness of the simultaneous Regional Head Election (Pilkada) to run smoothly.

Acting Governor of West Java Bey Machmudin said that today he and the West Java Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) are monitoring several areas in West Java, including Bogor City and Regency, namely the TPS located in Class 2A Penitentiary, Pondok Rajeg Cibinong.

"We always remind people about the weather, so I ask all people to come to the polling stations early," he stressed.

Bey Machmudin said that after conducting the review, he had also just destroyed the excess damaged ballots for the 2024 simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada).

"We will destroy the damaged ballots," said the Acting Governor of West Java.

He also asked all people to use their voting rights properly and orderly, and all officers must be neutral.

"Vote wisely, meaning vote according to the rules," he explained.

Bogor Regency KPU Chairman Muhammad Adi Kurnia is grateful that today he can visit to carry out the destruction of damaged ballots.
