PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - PT KAI has opened train ticket reservations for D-45 before the departure date for the 2025 Christmas and New Year holidays, starting Thursday (7/11/2024) the public can order train tickets for departure on December 22, 2024.

And for today, Friday (11/8/2024), customers can order tickets for departure on December 23, 2024, and so on following the H-45 ordering pattern.

The Public Relations Manager of KAI Daop 2 Bandung said that tickets can be purchased through the Access by KAI application, the kai.id website, and all other official channels.

"We urge customers to carefully ensure that the departure date, travel route, and personal data are entered correctly when making a booking. Plan your trip well, including estimating the travel time to the station to avoid delays," said Ayep.

According to Ayep, KAI continues to innovate to improve passenger services. One of the latest innovations is the implementation of a waiting room system or online queue in the process of purchasing long-distance train tickets through the Access by KAI application and the booking.kai.id site.

"This waiting room system helps manage the flow of ticket orders in a more organized manner, especially when order traffic is high, such as during the Eid or Christmas and New Year periods," said Ayep.

Ayep explained that this feature ensures that the KAI application and website remain stable, so that users can order tickets more fairly and regularly.
