PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Deputy Mayor of Bandung, Erwin, said that the month of Ramadan is an incomparable month full of virtues. One of them is full of grace for those who fast.

"The first 10 days of Ramadan, Allah SWT opens the door of mercy to those who fast. In addition to abstaining from eating and drinking, also carry out the sunnah such as praying, reading the Quran and so on. God willing, mercy will continue to appear," he said at the Safari Ramadan activity at the Daarut Taubah Islamic Boarding School, Andir District, Friday (7/3/2025).

According to him, apart from receiving blessings, the month of Ramadan also comes full of blessings.

"So it is obligatory to fast, this is one of the obligatory acts of worship that produces blessings," he said.

He said that the month of Ramadan also saw the Koran revealed as a guide for mankind.
