PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. GARUT - Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Garut Regency, Nurdin Yana, received Field Study for Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) Batch 73 of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) for Fiscal Year 2024.

The activity took place in the Garut Regional Secretariat (Setda) Meeting Room, Jalan Pembangunan, Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency, Tuesday (2/7/2024).

A total of 40 participants came from Echelon I Units of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Regional Offices, and Work Units of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This field study was carried out for 4 days starting from 1 to 4 July 2024.

Regional Secretary Nurdin Yana said that his party appreciated and welcomed the activities organized by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Garut Regency.

He explained that in this field study, there were 4 segments touched upon, namely the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Diskop UKM), the Department of Tourism and Culture, the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy, Mineral Resources (Disperindag ESDM), and the Personnel and Training Agency. (BKD) Garut Regency.

"Hopefully when they come here they can have an impact, and at the same time we can realize self-correction," he said.

Meanwhile, Head of the Center for Technical and Leadership Training Development at the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) Morina Harahap said, in this field study, her party will carry out a lesson by exploring and adopting what are the advantages of Garut Regency.

"With the aim of forming quality, superior leaders, with character and religion so that what is expected by the government and of course all of us can be achieved," said Morina.
