PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - West Java Province Regional Secretary Herman Suryatman gave directions to regional officials regarding the preparation of the 2025 Regional Work Plan (RKPD) in a coordination meeting with the West Java Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) at the West Java Bappeda Office, Bandung City, Friday ( 3/5/2024).

During the meeting, Herman asked regional officials to focus on equitable development. Apart from that, regional officials are asked to prioritize dynamic budgeting aspects so that development runs optimally.

"So this RKPD will become a dynamic umbrella for more agile budgeting," said Herman.

Herman also reminded that in the 2025-2045 Regional Long Term Development Plan (RPJPD), there is a target to realize a Golden Indonesia 20245. He is optimistic that West Java will achieve this first as the most advanced province in Indonesia.

Herman explained a number of West Java strategies and scenarios to realize this target. One of them is collaborating with 350 universities under the auspices of LLDIKTI and the Association of Higher Education Institutions (APTISI).

The West Java Provincial Government will schedule an MoU with universities in 27 districts/cities to implement Thematic KKN for four months. This thematic program focuses more on community problems.
