PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Deputy Mayor of Bandung Erwin invited residents to continue to maintain synergy and collaboration for the prosperity and welfare of the City of Bandung.

Erwin emphasized that the success of a region is highly dependent on the synergy and collaboration between the community, government, and various related parties.

According to him, helping each other in kindness and piety is in accordance with Islamic teachings.

"This collaboration is not for personal gain, but for the welfare of the people. If we unite and work together for good, then Bandung will become a more advanced and prosperous city," said Erwin at the Miftahul Hidayah Mosque, Bandung City, Monday (10/3/2025)

Erwin was present at the mosque for the tarawih keliling (tarling) which was also part of the Semarak Ramadan program.

Erwin explained that the security of a region is supported by four main pillars, namely:

First, the knowledge of the scholars, as moral and spiritual guides of society. Second, the fairness of the leaders, leadership must be carried out with trust and responsibility.

Third, the generosity of the rich, those who have excess wealth should share with those in need. Lastly, the prayers of the poor, blessings and success also come from the prayers of those who are less fortunate.

Erwin hopes that the people of Bandung City will continue to maintain togetherness and unity in building a more religious and harmonious city.

"We want to be fair leaders and bring benefits to the people of Bandung City. Let's make Bandung a Baldatun Thayyibatun wa Rabbun Ghafur, a city that is blessed and full of forgiveness from Allah," he said.
