PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - Deputy Regent (Wabup) of Bogor, Jaro Ade, opened the 1446 Hijri Ramadhan short-term Islamic boarding school and i'tikaf at the Bogor Regency level at the Baitul Faidzin Mosque, Cibinong (24/3/2025).

A total of 150 participants from among teenagers, youth leaders, religious leaders, community leaders, and administrators of the Mosque Prosperity Council (DKM) throughout Bogor Regency attended this activity. Also present were representatives of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), the Chairperson of the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI) of Bogor Regency and West Java Province, and representatives of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office.

"This activity is in line with our vision and mission. Hopefully, it will produce special kiai, ustaz, and santri candidates," said Jaro Ade.

Jaro Ade said that the number of participants does not have to be large, the most important thing is the quality and commitment to invite more people to consistently seek knowledge from teachers.

He added that this mosque will later become a center for Islamic propagation and various religious activities to increase the faith and piety of Muslims in Bogor Regency.
