PORTALJABAR, SUMEDANG REGENCY - Deputy Governor of West Java Erwan Setiawan reviewed the traffic flow at the Cileunyi Toll Gate (GT) Integrated Post, Thursday (3/27/2025). The review was carried out to ensure the readiness of the Security Post, considering that West Java is a province for the 2025 Eid homecoming crossing.

"On D-4 of Eid, traffic flow on Jalan Bandung-Sumedang via the Cisumdawu Toll Road is still smooth. Since entering from Cileunyi to Sumedang, there has been no significant spike in homecoming drivers," said Erwan.

Erwan said that the situation of vehicles entering and leaving through the Cileunyi Toll Gate is still monitored smoothly. According to him, the surge in homecoming travelers will occur in the morning or evening trips before Lebaran.

"There is a spike in travelers in the morning and evening. It is likely that they choose to travel in the morning or evening," he said.

Erwan again appealed to travelers to maintain their health during their homecoming journey. Family safety is the most important thing during the Lebaran homecoming moment.

"Don't force yourself if you feel sleepy. Hopefully, the journey of travelers crossing the West Java region will be smooth without any obstacles during the trip," he said.

"Finally, we can celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1446 H happily with our family at home," he added.
