PORTALJABAR, BOGOR CITY - Bogor Mayor, Dedie A. Rachim, explained the plan to handle the broken road on Jalan Saleh Danasasmita, Batutulis Village, South Bogor District in front of the Deputy Minister of Public Works (Wamen PU), Diana Kusumastuti, Wednesday (9/4/2025).

This meeting took place at the Ministry of Public Works Headquarters, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

In his presentation, Dedie Rachim conveyed the impact of hydrometeorological disasters in the Batutulis Underpass area, which is a National Strategic Project.

He highlighted the proposal to open new road access.

"This is done to avoid the risk of a repeat of the disaster. This is in accordance with the recommendation of the DKI-West Java National Road Implementation Center," said Dedie Rachim.

The Deputy Minister of Public Works asked the Bogor City Government to immediately submit technical proposals and ensure the availability of land for new access.

So that if PU also seeks financing solutions through the Regional Road Presidential Instruction scheme, technical handling can be accelerated.

Also discussed was the plan to relocate the JDU pipe owned by Perumda Tirta Pakuan to secure access, proposed by the President Director of Perumda Tirta Pakuan, Rino Indira Gusniawan. (Bogor City Communications and Information Service/Fauziah)
