PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - For those who want to go on vacation and do activities that are full of blessings and an imbalance of rewards, you can visit several mosques in Bandung City.

In addition to carrying out worship, it can also be a religious tourism destination for knowledge.

Let's see which mosques are unique and can be places of religious tourism in the city of Bandung:

1. Al Jabbar Grand Mosque

Known as the floating mosque, the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque is a mosque designed directly by Ridwan Kamil. The Al Jabbar Grand Mosque has 27 niches made of copper relief.

The relief has been forged to make it smooth. While the relief design has batik motifs that represent each city and district in West Java.

In addition, the floor under the mezzanine is also lit by brass lamps made by a craftsman from Gentur, Cianjur.

2. Al-Imtizaj Mosque

Al-Imtizaj Mosque has a unique charm, unlike most mosques. This is closely related to the art and culture of the Chinese ethnic group. This mosque looks like a Chinese temple building. From the outside, you might be wrong to guess that the place is not a mosque.

However, thanks to the dome on top of the building, the place can be easily recognized as a place of worship for Muslims, a mosque. This mosque also has a unique view of its ablution area.

The ablution place is inspired by a golden temple cup. Instead of being inspired by the Middle East, the Al-Imtizaj mosque is made differently with Chinese cultural influences.

The mosque is dominated by red and yellow paint and touches of Chinese temple architectural accents. At least this is intended so that the Chinese community can visit it with a sense of comfort.

3. Trans Studio Bandung Grand Mosque

This mosque has a very magnificent appearance with a golden dome and black and white striped patterns like the Nabawi Mosque.

The main door of the Trans Studio Bandung Grand Mosque was also inspired by the main door of the Nabawi Mosque in Medina.

With a total of 2,500 worshippers that can be accommodated, the Trans Studio Bandung Grand Mosque has two floors and a ballroom below that can be used for certain events.
