Data management must observe the One Data Indonesia principle, as regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019, as well as provisions on public information openness and personal data protection.

Scope of Cooperation and Community Participation

The administration of West Java Province cannot run optimally without the support and participation of the community. Therefore, the regional government must open space for the community, businesses, universities, community organizations, the media, and other stakeholders to participate in development. Such participation can be realized through:
  • Development planning deliberation.
  • Public consultation in policy formulation.
  • Submission of aspirations, suggestions, and public complaints.
  • Oversight of the delivery of public services.
  • Development cooperation with businesses and educational institutions.

Community participation is expected to improve policy quality, strengthen public oversight, and ensure that development programs are in accordance with community needs.
